I do not need excuses to eat food.

How many time have I heard:
“You can eat that much because you’re so tall” ( I am 6’2”)
“You can eat that much because you’re active” (Yes, I am active)
“You can eat that much because you’re muscular” (Yes, I am muscular)

Yes, I am all of those things, but mostly, I am just hungry.

I eat what I eat because I choose to listen to my hunger cues and honour my body. Just as I hope you will too.

Fruit Salsa Recipe for Grilled Fish or Taco Chips

Serve this simple dietitian approved recipe with store bought taco chips or your own homemade baked tortilla chips (brush flour tortillas with oil and season with a pinch of salt, then cut into wedges with scissors and bake until crispy).

This recipe is also amazing on grilled fish. Toss your favourite fish in olive oil, lime zest and salt & pepper and grill. Top with this fast and delicious salsa.
