Mindful eating is a journey.

In my mindful eating journey one thing I’ve noticed is that more isn’t always better. For me, one of the more apparent examples is coffee. The first cup of piping hot coffee is delicious, the second is good, but the third….it’s terrible. The pleasure I get from coffee certainly decreases the more I have of it. This is an example of the Law of Diminishing Returns (for me, at least).
